About a child observing the petrified grown-up´s peculiar attitude towards life. The song is also about western values and it's ambition to always be producing. To the question "what is life?", the child answers "You are - I am". That is enough. The mask on the back of the album cover comes from Bali and symbolizes female power.

6. Mellan olja och blod (Between Oil And Blood)
Dedicated to a Kurdish family from Iran that finally was allowed to stay in Sweden. The song is about the guilt we all carry and about similarities and differences between two widely differing cultures.
The man in the family was a guerilla-leader with a hundred-man strong army. The family was forced to run for their lives and now lives in a small town in Sweden. Everyone else in the guerilla had to pay with their lives...

7. Mitt land (My Country)
Dedicated to my best friends - a family with three children that lived in Sweden for 2 1/2 years and then were sent back to the war in Lebanon. Their highest wish is still (read 2002) to be able to return here...
